Responsibilities of a Forklift Operator

Unloading materials and merchandise from vehicles or aircrafts and transporting them to their assigned places

Obtaining a copy of the shipping and production schedule and transporting equipment to the designated area of the facility

Locating and moving products for storage and shipment

Stacking empty pallets

Identifying damages and reporting shortages or any quality deficiencies

Examining machinery daily to determine the need for repairs, as well as making sure equipment conforms with company standards

Performing regular maintenance on machinery

Maintaining an updated record of inventory and activity logs

Removing attachments and waste from machines after use

Complying with company policies and legal guidelines
Requirements for our Forklift Operators

Forklift operator certification, as well as experience

In good physical shape
